Privacy policy

AlwaysReach is an independent free tools site. It was started by the team behind Accurate Industries, Pune.

What we do not collect

The CAD Viewer, CAD Converter, image compressor and JSON formatter run in your browser. File bytes are not uploaded to AlwaysReach servers. Calculator inputs stay on your device unless you choose to copy them elsewhere.

Cookies

AlwaysReach sets a first-party key for light/dark theme. A CAD trial or subscription sets an HTTP-only cookie (alwaysreach-cad) and a second HTTP-only cookie that identifies this browser. The login stores an email, a hash of the password, and a hash of that browser id. Creating an account from Sign in also stores the name, age, and phone number you enter. When a network address is present it is stored only as a hash, not as the raw address. That hash blocks a second 3-day CAD tools trial, and it counts the 10 free converter files, so clearing cookies on the same network does not start either one again. A trial lasts 3 days and can be started once in that browser. The subscription and a file pack stay in the browser that paid. Signing in on another browser moves them there. The model file stays in the browser. A conversion stores a hash of the browser id, how many of the 10 free conversions are used, and any file credits still left. The converted file is not stored.

Feedback

If you send a note on the feedback page, we store the message, the tool you named, the page path, an optional email, a truncated browser string, and a hashed network address (not the raw IP) so we can rate-limit spam. We use that only to fix tools and reply if you asked us to. We do not sell it or use it for ads.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-5RR72WS9) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HRB5LT337W) to understand which pages and tools are used, traffic sources, devices, and a few product events such as opening Support us or starting checkout. The tags load on every page. We do not send names, emails, file contents, or calculator inputs to Analytics. Google’s policy: Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The tools are free and do not currently show advertisements. We keep an ads.txt record and an AdSense account meta tag so Google can review the site. If labeled ads start serving, this page will describe them and how to skip them.

Search Console

A verification meta tag is emitted when NEXT_PUBLIC_GSC_VERIFICATION is set. It does not track visitors.
